Purpose

This policy is designed to:

Instructors: All instructors at Fundamental First Aid are expected to support this policy, treat colleagues and students with respect, and participate in educational initiatives related to LGBTQ+ inclusion.

Students: Students taking part in first aid classes at Fundamental First Aid are required to treat all fellow students, and instructors, with respect and kindness. Any discrimination or harassment based on an individual’s sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression will not be tolerated.
